What do I need to get started?
A website you manage, and access to its Google Search Console and GA4. For Auto-fix, a WordPress site where you can install our plugin.
How is TouchTargets different from SEO tools?
SEO tools give you dashboards and leave the work to you. TouchTargets agents read your own data, explain what matters in plain words, and apply fixes with your approval.
Do the agents change my site without asking?
No. Every change is shown to you first, with a before and after. You approve it, and every applied fix can be undone in one click.
Can I get a refund?
Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial, so you can try it first. After the trial, payments are non-refundable, except for duplicate or wrong charges, charges after cancelling, long outages caused by us, or where required by law. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Done-for-you plans have a 3-month minimum term.
Why are prices different by country?
Prices are set per country, based on what businesses there can pay. The price you’re charged follows your billing address, and taxes are added at checkout.
Taxes and payment. India: prices exclude GST (currently 18%), added at checkout; payments are processed by Razorpay. Outside India: prices exclude local sales tax or VAT, calculated at checkout; our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for these orders.
